DIMO Castings Bangalore plant is equipped with 20 Pressure die casting machines ranging from 180 Ton to 660 Ton capacity, to manufacture around 7500 metric Ton of components per year.

The in-house machining facility is equipped with 13 VMCs, 18 Turning centers and Cylinder block fine boring SPMs. The company also outsources machining, powder coating and anodizing processes. The in-house facility also comprises of Impregnation, Stress relieving, Leak testing, Shot blasting, Buffing and Sub-Assemblies.

Inspection facilities consists of Co-ordinate measuring machine, Surface Tester machine, Leak testing machine, Porosity tester, Spectro analyzer, Thermal camera, Hot water test, Coating thickness tester, Hardness tester, Profile projector.
