DIMO Castings manufacturing units are equipped with 30 Pressure die casting machines ranging from 180 Tonne to 1000 Tonne capacity, to manufacture around 10,000 metric Tonnes of components per year.
The in-house machining facility is equipped with 14 VMCs, 18 Turning centers and SPMs for Cylinder block machining. The company also outsources machining, powder coating and anodizing processes. The in-house facility also comprises of Impregnation, Stress relieving, Leak testing, Shot blasting and Buffing.
